I take great pride in announcing the successful completion of the first year of operation of your company in India. We had a great, though a bit challenging year. Let me take you through the memory lane and share some plans for future.

Growth:

We started as a tiny initiative in Feb 2010 and officially launched ourselves on 01 May 2010. Today our panel size is over 4.70 lac across all the regions in India having conducted more than 600 surveys in the short span of time for 27 market research companies and 400 clients.

Rewarding Performance:

We've Created a paradigm shift - Speak Asia empowers panelist to part with their valuable opinion and get paid for it directly, thus handsomely.  This year, we've run perhaps India's largest Consumer Rewards Program. Our panelists have earned over 5,000 Lenovo Laptops, 2,250 Incentive International Trips and 10 Cars! That's done wonders for our performance and motivated thousands of new panelists.

Human Resource Development:

We've educated and trained more than 3 lac people this year. Our seminar's, training meets and Career of the Rising Sun courses (CORS) have been appreciated as 'the world class'.

Like any large multinational business we've had our own share of challenges. We together came out winners, every time with flying colors. Thank you.

Bangladesh:

Prior to our official launch, individual panelists started joining us in Bangladesh through sponsors in Eastern India, that was around December 2010. We had an unprecedented growth there - over 1.0 lac panelists!

To support this growth, company plans to open an office in Dhaka and create a solid sales & training organization for Bangladesh. Here we've a challenge, Bangladesh government is yet to come out with a policy for regulation of MLM or direct sales industry. This has created some challenges for the entire Direct sales industry in Bangladesh, including us. Our corporate and legal team from Singapore is working along with top leaders in Bangladesh. Our proposal to Bangladesh government is underway, so that we are not treated like an ordinary MLM company. We're confident of our success.

Philippines and China:

Our official launch in Philippines is planned for 4th week of March 2011; With a full scale sales, training and support system at Manila. The business launch in China is planned during Q3 this year.

The Future :

Dear  Friends ,

My heartiest Greetings  to all my  Speak Asia Panelists  on the occasion of the 1st Anniversary of Speak Asia, which falls on 26th January, 2010. It indeed is a great day as it also coincides with the Republic Day of India. It was on this day exactly 1 year ago that Speak Asia started to work in India .  The time really flies as it seems like yesterday when we had our first meeting in India . It is courtesy our initial set of  key leaders who believed in the concept of  Speak Asia and helped us in spreading  our message to every nook and corner of the country.

In a short span of 1 year , we are already the largest online surveys and market research  company in India. In the past 1 year, we have conducted over 600 surveys for all kinds of companies (SME and Large Corporates)  in FMCG, WHITE GOODS, OTC PHARMA, TELECOM, REAL ESTATE, AUTOMOBILE etc. industry . The surveys conducted by our Panelists   have helped many companies to plan  and strategise their Indian business.

In order to educate and train our Panelists , we launched many  programs such as FIT (Full Immersion Training ) and  CORS ( Career Of Rising Sun)  in last 1 year. These training programs have become extremely  coveted and sought after by Panelists.  Our reward programs evoked tremendous response and we had over 10 reward distribution functions across the country where over 500 Laptops were distributed to the qualifiers. 1. Company is setting up it's Corporate Office in India in Mumbai to
provide better services to it's market research client's and
panelists.

There will be three offices in nearby locations in Mumbai - one
Corporate Head Office, One Technical Department Office and one Support
Center for Panelists with a total Employee strength of around 500.

1. Speak Asia had also break the records of 125840 Joining of main
panels in just only 13 days i.e. ( 17th jan-11 to 31th jan-11).

2. We have crossed more than 4.25 Lac Panelists across every state in
India , and Company is targetting 1 Crore Panelists by the end of year
Dec. 2011.

3. Company has crossed more than 1.25 Lacs Panelists in Bangladesh.
Company is going to launch in Phillipines in April, 2011.

4. Company is in tie-ups with Big brands of India and is going to
