Dear Speak Asians,
To begin with I would like to greet you and your families. I am pleased to announce that Bangladesh has really done well in the Speak Asia way of operations and the rate of growth has been tremendous. However there is a speculation in the minds of people as to how shall we carry out operations further as the government is yet to formulate the policies about referral business. Kindly follow the guidelines below for ease and benefit of work.
i) The master distributor for Bangladesh has been finalized and shall be in working condition by the 20th of April. Their location shall be in Chittagong.
ii) All the new members joining Speak Asia shall have an option of paying in Bangladesh Taka’s only.
iii) Henceforth all the panel income (Binary commissions) shall be remitted locally in BDT by direct bank transfers to the panelist accounts. This shall be completed by the end of April 2011
iv) All the existing payouts shall be organized by the master distributor via bank transfers.
v) Soon the company shall be appointing managers in Bangladesh. Till such time one regional manager and 02 area managers shall represent the company for various types of training meets and seminars from the company.
vi) Training sessions will be conducted at regular intervals from the month of April. The leaders shall have to take onus for the same and organize venue and presence of 50 to 100 attendees for same.
vii) All panelists can now start generating the codes using their survey income. As the same is non transferable the panelist can benefit by income as well as a increased team size.
viii) A reward distribution ceremony of minimum 1000 persons shall be organized to recognize and distribute the Lenovo Laptops and Cars to all the achievers in the month of May 2011.
ix) In the month of Apr 2011 a new reward programme shall be announced for the advantage of all the panelist in Bangladesh.
I am sure that all the panelist who have been speculating about Bangladesh operation will certainly benefit with all the activities mentioned above. As the company’s focus on the activities will increase the panelist will also witness a company office in near future.
