Dear Viewers,
As everyone has already been informed, today (18th August) at the Chief Magistrat's Court at the Esplanade Court (Quila Court) Mumbai, there is a very crucial judgement expected. Following are the key points which we expect out of court proceedings:
1. Today Mr. Tarak Bajpayee and others are almost sure to get the bail. On Tuesday (16/08/2011) the court announced and posted the matter for ORDERS on 18th August, 2011.
2. A detailed judgement is expected from the magistrate giving reasons as to why he is giving relief to the accused in such a high profile and controversial case.
3. Some sort of clarity is expected from today's judgment as far as the judiciary's opinion on the business model of SAOL is concerned.
4. It will be obvious from today's judgement whether really the investigating agencies have some concrete facts against Speak Asia Online Pte. Ltd, or it was just a malicious campaign by media and some corrupt politicians for their personal gains.
Lets keep our fingers crossed for today's historic judgement.
