• Decision of the metropolitan court on the bail of the COO Mr. Tarak Bajpayee and others is pending and got secured today. Next hearing is on 18/08/2011 when most likely all will be released on bail.

• Today's court hearing went in favor of Speak Asia when the counsel of the Company presented a strong case in its favor.

• In the meanwhile one of the most important news is the formation of a strong organization called Speak Asia Panelists Association which is moving the honorable Bombay High Court to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) representing the 20 Lakh panelists in India. 

• This will be a turning point in this battle for right to honest living.
